Dear Parents:

We believe that ministering to God’s children is a privilege, as children are God’s most precious seed. We have been called to deliver God’s Word to future apostles, evangelists, pastors, prophets and teachers of Church of the Holy Spirit and Fire, and the Body of Christ overall. We are training up potential spiritual leaders that God will use to revolutionize our earth for the cause of Christ. As ministers of the Gospel with children, we will strive to function in excellence by delivering God’s Word in a timely, ethical, spiritual, Christ-centered manner. We will support and foster a love of our church, it’s mission and vision. We will also guide our children to God’s perfect truth and a life of obedience and service to Him!

To successfully glorify God, we will follow the following code of ethics:

Personal & family relations

• Cultivate a rich prayer life.
• Develop knowledge of God’s Word.
• Support good health through exercise and proper nutrition.
• Submit to my pastors and all church leadership.
• Work on nurturing and just relationships with my family that will produce loving, respectful and honorable ties.
  
  

Relations with the Congregation

• Align ourselves to the church’s doctrine, vision and mission.
• Pray for the children and fellow teachers consistently.
• Prepare well to deliver God’s Word to the children through careful study and meditation on God’s truth.
• Develop fun and interesting lessons that focus on God’s word, not just entertainment.
• Conduct every class a service with components like praise & worship, tithes, preaching or teaching and salvation callings.
• Sustain order and discipline in the classroom environment.
• Pay special attention to the children’s safety.
• Behave professionally with children, rather than as a parent or friend.
• Encourage, edify and console the students according to their needs.
• Be mindful of student’s feelings and ask for prayer petitions on a regular basis.
• Maintain confidentiality with familial situations told to a teacher.
